The Digital Product Manager owns project management around design, development, and long-term maintenance of MOHG digital products including the brand website and app. The role will be responsible for driving forward the design and development of the MOHG App, ensuring the adherence to brand standards, coordination of personalised features, content management, support for operational stakeholders and project management of digital products. In this role you will ensure the seamless digital experience across online and on-property platforms and continuously strive to make data-led decisions that optimise the guest experience & revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Mandarin Oriental’s digital product management across online and on-property platforms.
  • Gather requirements and manage internal stakeholder expectations around delivery and execution.
  • Outline scope and requirements for development tasks and test functionality ahead of launch to production environments.
  • Build unique features that encourage member acquisition.
  • Manage App specific content within content management systems including personalised offers, push notification content, etc.
  • Define enhancements for development cycles and ensure no conflicts across digital channels.
  • Ensure data analytics for key customer behavioural activities is tracked and accessible for reporting purposes.
  • Create and maintain standards and processes for setup and maintenance of the MOHG App.
  • Collaborate closely with wider Digital team to ensure alignment around content approach across channels.
  • Establish a strong partnership with vendors including but not limited to those that handle App development and website development.
  • Establish a strong partnership with internal stakeholders including larger Digital team, on-property operations teams, Brand, Customer and Analytics teams.
  • Support operational stakeholders and manage prioritisation of tasks completed by vendors.
