As a Commis I/II - Pastry in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for

Responsible for mise-en-place preparation.
Maintain proper quantity of par stock for mis-en-place.
Keep the specific kitchen areas clean and hygienic.
Check refrigerators, utensils and kitchen equipment on cleanliness.
Adhere to all the standards of food handling, production, preparation, portioning and presentation.
Assist the senior chefs in preparation and production of all food items
