The Chief Baker will be in charge of all related operational, administrative and financial aspects of the main Bakery production kitchens (including Banquet, In-Room Dining, Mandarin Cake Shop and Gelato Shop) and all related to Mandarin Oriental, Doha Food and Beverage outlets.
Materials Officer	Doha, Qatar
To assist the Materials Manager in the day-to-day purchasing operations and to ensure that all departments of the hotel have adequate supplies to perform their duties in an efficient manner. To work in stores and receiving as instructed by Materials Manager. To ensure accurate and save logistics of picking up purchases and deliveries, as well as to manage the transportation/ delivery of outside. To drive the vehicle when needed for cash purchases or to pick up the credit delivery those are not deliverable by the vendors.
Restaurant Manager	Doha, Qatar
The Restaurant Manager will assume full responsibility of all related operational, administrative and financial aspects of the respective outlet.
