Job purpose
The CDD QA Assistant is responsible for executing the administrative tasks of the CDD Quality Assurance Team. The CDD QA Assistant executes the day-to-day administrative and operational CDD workload together with the Senior CDD Quality Assurance Assistant. The CDD QA assistant will ensure all required documentation is uploaded timely in the respective TMF systems. Furthermore he/she will be involved in other administrative tasks to be performed by BEC such as monitoring relevant mailboxes, resource planning, reporting, Risk Screen monitoring etc. Furthermore, the CDD QA Assistant will be involved with planning, coordination and improvement of the knowledge and skills of the CDD Quality Assurance Team with the goal to reduce risks for TMF.
Key responsibilities
Execute the day-to-day workload
Maintain and update TMF’s KYC/CDD database/systems;
Processing documents related to and closing of open issues;
Working on ad-hoc projects for the CDD Quality Assurance Team;
Assisting on preparing the error pattern report;
Assisting on preparing the weekly and monthly CDD report from ORCA
Execute other administrative BEC tasks
Key requirements
Master’s or Bachelors degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or similar relevant professional experience
Previous work experience in the financial services industry; previous experience in KYC/AML would be an asset
Solid knowledge and experience with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal as this is our company language. Proficient reading and writing knowledge in other languages (e.g., Spanish, Chinese, German, French etc.) is an advantage
