About the role

We're looking for a highly collaborative, experienced Scrum Master to join our team and support one to two Agile delivery teams in driving high-performance outcomes. In this role, you’ll play a key part in facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching team members, and fostering continuous improvement across delivery practices.

You’ll work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities, enhance Agile maturity, and improve team dynamics. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact on how we deliver value, grow Agile capability, and support successful outcomes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead all core Scrum ceremonies with confidence and clarity—including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Actively spot and remove blockers to keep delivery on track and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
  • Partner with Product Owners to shape and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with team goals.
  • Coach and support team members in embracing Agile principles, tools, and best practices to drive continuous growth.
  • Empower teams to become more self-organising and cross-functional, encouraging ownership and accountability.
  • Monitor delivery metrics like velocity and sprint goals to improve predictability and performance.
  • Use retrospectives and health checks to drive team growth and Agile maturity in a practical, data-informed way.
  • Champion a culture of psychological safety, trust, and collaboration that boosts morale and engagement.
  • Share insights, learnings, and proven practices across teams to help elevate Agile delivery across the organisation.

About you

  • You bring hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile delivery role, with a solid grasp of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean principles.
  • Confident using Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps to support transparency and delivery.
  • A natural facilitator and strong communicator, you're skilled at navigating team dynamics and resolving conflict with ease.
  • You're passionate about coaching others and championing continuous improvement, always looking for ways to help teams thrive.
  • You lead with empathy, foster collaboration, and know how to create a positive, high-performing Agile culture.
