Due to the success of our evolving early careers proposition, we're expanding the team and introducing an exciting new role for an Early Careers Co-ordinator to support our Retail and Support Centre teams. Reporting directly to the Group Early Careers Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of talent across both our Support Centre and Retail functions by supporting the development and delivery of a wide range of early careers initiatives. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role—ideal for someone who thrives on variety, embraces change, and enjoys staying agile as priorities shift.
If you’re passionate about building strong relationships—whether with external training providers or internal stakeholders—and confident presenting to a wide range of audiences, this role could be a great fit. You'll be a key advocate for our early careers offering, helping to raise its profile across the business and play a vital role in attracting and developing the next generation of talent.
This role will be 35 hours per week over a 5-day working week (full-time contracts are 37.5 hours per week) with a pro-rata salary of £28,000. This role allows for flexible working hours around business needs.

Plan and deliver key events, including National Apprenticeship Week, Learning at Work Week, and the Apprentice Celebration.

You’re passionate about people, with experience or transferable knowledge of Apprenticeships, Early Careers, or work experience and graduate programmes.

Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
