Provide financial oversight and accountability for relevant cost areas, contributing to the development of robust measurement frameworks to assess performance and drive improved outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the financial implications of commercial decisions, and communicate their impact on year-end performance through regular updates and insight-led commentary.
Evaluate the performance of business initiatives and trials using robust financial and non-financial analysis, delivering clear conclusions and actionable recommendations.
Support post-initiative or post-campaign performance reviews to inform future investment and resource allocation decisions.
Manage and develop junior team members, ensuring effective prioritisation of their workload, setting aligned objectives, and supporting professional growth and development.
Contribute positively to the wider finance function, promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and actively supporting the delivery of finance transformation initiatives.
