  • Analyse sales, web metrics, and customer feedback (including NPS verbatim) to improve promotional effectiveness and resolve purchase blockers.
  • Monitor onsite search behaviour related to campaigns and loyalty, collaborating with the Loyalty team to optimise HMC sign-up placement and track engagement.
  • Support post-campaign analysis by highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for future optimisation.

About you

  • Passionate about digital and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in promo implementation, ranking, and optimisation tools (Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience desirable).
  • Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in campaign setup and execution.
  • Team-focused yet self-motivated and independent, thriving in a dynamic retail environment.
