The Technical Support & Security Analyst provides advanced technical support for the university’s Student Information System (SIS) and manages key aspects of software licensing and account provisioning. This role is responsible for resolving complex Tier 3 support issues, managing user security, and ensuring the effective delivery of software and account services to campus users. The position plays a vital role in maintaining secure, reliable, and user-friendly systems that support the university’s academic and administrative operations.
Temporary Professional - Clinical Registered Nurse UMass Amherst
Under the general direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager and in collaboration with other health care providers, the Temporary Professional - Clinical Registered Nurse is responsible for the triage, assessment and patient care of illness, injury and general health concerns for all patients using University Health Services (UHS). Nursing services are provided during regular clinic hours, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
Utility Plant Operator (Licensed Pipefitter) UMass Amherst
The Utility Plant Operator (Licensed Pipefitter) operates, maintains, and repairs the campus steam, condensate, water and sewer distribution systems and related equipment.
Maintainer I (OH/C) UMass Amherst
Performs general janitorial duties in connection with cleaning and maintenance of campus facilities.
Motor Equipment Mechanic II (Heavy Bus Transit) UMass Amherst
Motor Equipment Mechanic II (Heavy Bus Transit) performs the inspection, diagnostics and repair of transit buses and bus systems, ensures compliance of vehicles with federal safety, emissions, and repair regulations. Must be proficient with component systems in transit buses, vans, and a variety of other cars and trucks. Rebuilds/overhauls defective parts and/or systems; inspects, tests, and repairs for proper performance; performs other related work as required. Performs Massachusetts State Safety and Emissions testing, road calls, and preventive maintenance of transit vehicles.
