Minimum Qualifications:
Earned doctorate from an APA accredited program in counseling or clinical psychology and an APA accredited internship ordoctorate in similar field; and licensed or license eligible as a psychologist and certified health service provider in the state ofMassachusetts; and a minimum of three-five (3-5) years of experience post-degree delivering evidence-based and culturally-responsive crisis intervention, evaluation and treatment to young adults and/or adults is required. Experience working withunderserved populations required. Some extended day and/or evening hours may be required.

Supervision Received:The Staff Psychologist and Coordinator of Clinical Training works under the general clinical and administrative supervision ofthe University Health Services Co-Director of Counseling Center and practices within departmental policies, individualprivileging and credentialing and licensing procedures.
Supervision Exercised:
The incumbent may provide orientation, training and clinical supervision of graduate students in clinical psychology and/orsocial work for client contact and documentation, performance evaluations and placement recommendations.
