Sr. Coordinator of Admissions Operations (Promotional Opportunity) 525471 Undergrad Admissions
This being a promotional opportunity, only current UML Employees within the same Bargaining unit are eligible to apply for this position. The Sr. Coordinator of Admissions Operations reports to the Senior Associate Director of Admissions Operations and is responsible for traditional admissions processing responsibilities that will enhance efforts of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Primary responsibilities include processing prospective student information, inquiry cards, applications, transcripts, test scores, and other materials related to the admissions process to ensure integrity of all student data provided. Staff member will be responsible for assisting in the processing of over 15,000 applications received annually. Sr. Coordinators will manage specific aspects of operations that will be assigned according to previous experience and office needs.

This position is a three-month temporary research who is a visiting graduate student in robotics to learn more about robot programming, human-robot interaction, and a variety of robot platforms. The Municipal Fellows Cohort Coordinator will lead the Municipal Fellows Program, placing up to 20 graduate students annually in municipalities across Massachusetts as part of the Massachusetts Clean Energy and Environment Legacy Transition (CELT) Initiative. This role is central to supporting the state’s transition to geothermal and clean energy solutions, particularly within environmental justice communities, through partnerships with universities and municipalities. A key part of the role is to evaluate program success through KPIs, particularly in terms of increased municipal participation in clean energy programs and the receipt of external funding. This funding supports efforts to reduce barriers to educational achievement for AAPI students by enhancing institutional programs and services. The Data Analyst will provide specialized support for the federally funded Title III AANAPISI grant, performing data collection and analysis to evaluate program participation and outcomes. The role includes creating customized reports that disaggregate program results and contribute to continuous program improvement, with the goal of positively impacting processes across the university. Working under the direction of the Director of the Office of Data, Analytics, and Institutional Research (DAIR), the Data Analyst will collaborate closely with AANAPISI Principal Investigators (PIs) and the Enterprise Data Architect to respond to data requests. They will assist with the development and maintenance of DAIR’s data warehouse (dataUML), including testing, maintaining reporting documents, documenting methodologies, and developing Tableau dashboards for internal and self-service data needs.
