| This part-time (18 hours/ week) temporary position provides administrative support for UMass Lowell’s Online Undergraduate Student Success team. The Enrollment Support Specialist (ESS) will review the records of incoming students to ensure timely follow-up on transcripts and enrollment. The ESS will also support student retention and enrollment efforts, including call campaigns, Zoom Room support, and other duties as assigned. Please note this is a 6-month contract position with the possibility to renew per departmental needs. |
