Candidates must reside within a reasonable driving distance of our home office in Omaha, NE.  Relocation is not considered for this role.

This is a fully on-site position requiring attendance Monday-Friday at our Omaha, NE office.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

• Estimated Salary: $66,500 - $86,000, plus annual bonus opportunity, and commission.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead & Support:  Supervise and mentor security personnel, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and equipped to succeed.
• Security Oversight:  Manage patrol routes, issue security equipment, and oversee access control, ID badging, and visitor management.
• Crisis Management:  Act as a first responder to incidents, including severe weather, alarms, and medical emergencies.
• Incident Investigation:  Follow up on security concerns, conduct preliminary investigations, and ensure proper reporting.
• Operational Excellence:  Oversee the security control center, ensuring efficient alarm monitoring, dispatching, and security procedures.
• Parking & Asset Protection:  Supervise parking enforcement and assist in the secure movement of valuables.
• On-Call Rotation:  Be available for emergency situations every third weekend

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in security or a related field.
• Knowledge of video surveillance, access control, and alarm systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a coaching mindset – no authoritarian leadership here!
• Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in Windows-based systems and report documentation.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

• Ability to work onsite at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska.

PREFERRED:

• First Aid trained.
• Previous emergency response experience (fire, severe weather, etc.).
• Familiarity with alarm systems and security technologies.
• Experience coordinating vendor services for security equipment.
