WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Ensure proper use of version control systems (e.g., Git) and implement oversight of change management processes to track and manage data pipelines and code deployments across environments
Design, develop and troubleshoot efficient and scalable data solutions and pipelines to meet the operational and analytical data requirements of the business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data solutions that optimize information delivery and support organizational goals.
Develop, test and integrate new data features and functionality as defined by the product owners and business teams.
Implement data orchestration pipelines, data sourcing, cleansing, augmentation and quality control processes within supported data systems.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
At least 5 or more years of experience at an expert level solving build, development and implementation challenges with:
Traditional data technologies and methodologies, such as RDBMS, SQL, and ETL/ELT, as well as emerging technologies like data science, programming languages, and cloud platforms including experience with Python development.
Foundational knowledge in analyzing data systems for structure, relationships, and impact to create effective data pipelines that align with business needs via ETL processes and data pipeline management.
Experience with cloud data warehousing platforms (preferably Snowflake). AWS skills to use Glue and/or S3 buckets transformation.
Strong background/experience in Informatica (IDMC or CDI-PC) and experience with other modern ETL technologies/techniques.

Experience with AWS CDK development.
Experience in CDI-PC to IDMC conversions in Informatica.
Knowledge of or experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
