Mutual of Omaha is seeking an experienced Engineer proficient in Salesforce application development and preferred MuleSoft integration experience. In this role, you will define, develop, implement, efficient Salesforce solutions using Guided Flows, Apex, and other declarative tools and support API integrations with Third-Party Benefit Administrators using an API and Event architecture. Your work will enhance user interactions with our products, optimize business partner support, and drive innovative technology adoption. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate business processes, enhance our frontline associate experience, and ensure platform best practices. Perform multiple roles and responsibilities: Uses models to design and develop new or enhanced business technologies, evaluates options, and performs trade-off analyses. Can take on roles such as an individual contributor, lead, teacher, or mentor.

Design and development expertise: Creates, reuses, and experiments with designs and design artifacts. Apply software engineering principles to infrastructure and operations, focusing on automation and self-healing.

Application and systems support: Responsible for the development, maintenance, testing, and integration of applications and systems that support business operations.

Solution design and customization: Participates in designing new solutions aligned with Target Architecture principles, focusing on customer experience and product mindset. Develops custom components, triggers, and pages using APEX, Aura, LWC, and guided flows.
