- Estimated Salary: $97,000 - $160,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead the development and delivery of creative and omnichannel marketing services that support segment-level strategies, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing creative team—providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities while overseeing hiring, performance, and quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape marketing strategies and ensure the creative team is set up for success—clarifying audience needs, business goals, messaging, and channels.
- Partner across functions—including brand, communications, operations, analytics, and technology—to align plans, share insights, and maximize capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement by developing a roadmap for creative and omnichannel services, leading initiatives in process, training, technology, and AI integration.
- Manage budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring resources are optimized and external partners are aligned with creative goals.
- Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and internal communications, while participating in concept development and creative reviews as needed.
- Stay ahead of market, audience, and regulatory trends, incorporating insights into creative development to meet evolving expectations and deliver results.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 5+ years’ experience in creative and omnichannel marketing, including writing, design, video, print, and digital channels (e.g., email, SMS, social media, display).
- Proven leadership in managing teams through change—coaching, developing, and holding team members accountable while driving multiple projects and maintaining quality and brand standards.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build trust, and navigate conflict constructively.
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Comfortable working across creative and technical disciplines, including the integration of technology, data, analytics, and AI.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively to meet strategic goals.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:
- Significant experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite; i.e., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), marketing automation tools (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and CRM (such as Salesforce.com).
- Hands-on experience integrating automation and AI into creative development and digital marketing practices.
- Working knowledge across sales/distribution, product, and operations in financial services and insurance.
