Join a dynamic Health and Annuity Marketing team where your strategic vision and leadership will drive growth and innovation across key business segments. In this role, you’ll be accountable for the profit and loss of one or more marketing programs, driving campaign strategy, execution, and analysis to achieve growth and return goals for the business segment.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $66,500 - $86,000 , plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Participate in setting short- and long-term marketing strategy, leveraging insights to identify opportunities
  • Prepare and manage annual marketing budgets to ensure sales and profitability objectives are met
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver flawless campaign and program implementation
  • Guide the creation of multi-channel creative assets aligned with brand guidelines and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with Analytics, Targeting, and Insights teams to design tests, validate programs, and apply market research

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Experience in marketing principles, campaign strategy, advertising, and insurance practices/regulations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, training and guiding others as a strategic thinker.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience applying qualitative and quantitative research to meet marketing and business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize consumer insights and competitive trends into actionable strategies.
  • Proven track record of sound business decisions and problem-solving in a marketing environment.
