WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Oversees the design and delivery of policyholder reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions that support enterprise decision-making.
- Serves as the primary business partner to engineering teams, ensuring analytic data assets are well-designed, optimized, and aligned to business needs in a cloud-based environment.
- Leads the development and execution of strategic roadmaps, operating models, and holistic BI frameworks, contributing thought leadership to shape overall direction.
- Evaluates reporting and BI needs across multiple business areas and guides project prioritization based on strategic value and resource capacity.
- Communicates complex insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and presents actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 7+ years of policyholder reporting and business intelligence in a group insurance setting leading with 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Proven experience leveraging customer insights to design and deliver policyholder reports and BI solutions that enhance the overall customer experience—collaborating with multiple channels to identify pain points, prioritize improvements, and measure impact.
- Demonstrated experience building and managing a backlog of policyholders reporting, BI enhancements and ad hoc analytics/reporting requests to meet evolving business and customer needs.
- Strong understanding of database structures, data modeling, and data management strategies in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) with expertise in business intelligence and reporting tools and frameworks (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Proven experience leading reporting and BI teams and delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical concepts and business needs.

- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:
- Strong understanding of data structures that support AI and predictive models, with experience participating in the implementation of AI and predictive solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data-centric programming languages, with familiarity in data structures supporting advanced analytics and AI. Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, generative AI, and/or data practices within insurance or regulated financial services environments
