As a Marketing QA Analyst (or Sr. Analyst, depending on experience), you’ll help ensure all marketing materials are accurate, compliant, and ready for use. You’ll use a mix of automation tools and hands-on review to confirm materials meet insurance regulations, brand standards, and product guidelines. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to make sure only approved, up-to-date assets are shared.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
    • Marketing QA Analyst: $68,000 - $87,500, plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Sr. Marketing QA Analyst: $75,500 - $97,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Review marketing materials using automated tools to ensure compliance with insurance regulations, brand standards, and product accuracy
  • Perform manual quality checks (spelling, grammar, formatting, metadata) and escalate items to Compliance when needed
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure materials are approved and market-ready on time
  • Manage asset lifecycles by tracking expirations, renewals, and removal of outdated or non-compliant materials
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and help improve QA and compliance processes through automation

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Strong background supporting marketing teams within the insurance industry, with a deep knowledge of Long Term Care (LTC) products.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management and marketing workflow tools (Workfront, JIRA, Asana, MABEL or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies quickly
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional partners
  • Working knowledge of insurance marketing regulations (NAIC guidelines, state DOI requirements)
  • Experience using marketing or regulatory technology and compliance tools (e.g., Marketing on Demand, InDesign, Ipipeline, PerformLine, Smarsh, Proofpoint, Hearsay).

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Familiarity with advertising review processes for insurance regulators.
  • Advanced experience with asset management or workflow platforms.
