As a Senior Technical Recruiter supporting the I/S Operations team, you will serve as a high-impact Talent Advisor responsible for attracting and hiring exceptional technical professionals. You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for niche and hard-to-fill roles, use market intelligence to guide hiring decisions, and partner with leaders to influence workforce planning. Your ability to combine advisory expertise, deep sourcing capability, and agile execution will directly support our technology transformation and long-term talent strategy.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $85,000–$125,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex, evolving I/S and technical roles, consistently delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Operate as a consultative Talent Advisor to I/S Operations leaders, leveraging data, talent market insights, and competitive intelligence to guide hiring strategy and decisions.
  • Proactively source and engage top technical talent using creative, multi-channel, and AI-enabled sourcing methods to build diverse, high-impact pipelines.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment, using analytics and dashboards to optimize workflow and ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience.
  • Champion our culture and values by promoting a thoughtful, inclusive, and consistently positive end-to-end candidate experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 7+ years of technical recruiting experience hiring for high-complexity roles.
  • Demonstrated Talent Advisory capability—using data, trends, and insights to guide hiring.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Proactive, solutions-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to curiosity, courageous listening, diversity of thought, and inclusion.
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States or Puerto Rico with reliable high-speed internet.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and technical sourcing platforms.
  • Experience with technical assessments (HackerRank preferred).
