Business Acceleration & Excellence (BA&E) partners with teams across the enterprise to accelerate outcomes by improving how work gets done. This role serves as an experienced operational excellence consultant—helping partners assess current states, clarify opportunities, and shape practical recommendations that enable confident decision-making and execution.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications) 
    • Business Systems Consultant II: $86,000-$114,000, plus annual bonus opportunity, and commission.
    • Business Systems Consultant III: $99,000-$120,000, plus annual bonus opportunity, and commission.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Assess current-state processes, systems, and experiences to identify opportunities aligned to business goals.
  • Facilitate future-state and opportunity-framing discussions that help partners prioritize where to focus.
  • Apply operational excellence and systems-thinking methods to evaluate options, articulate business and financial value, and develop clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Enable partners to move from insight to action by framing activation approaches, including experiments or pilots when appropriate.
  • Influence outcomes through facilitation, storytelling, and advisory partnership—without owning decisions or long-term execution.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Demonstrated experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or business transformation roles.
  • Ability to independently frame ambiguous problems, structure analysis, and develop decision-ready recommendations.
  • Proven success influencing stakeholders without formal authority or execution ownership.
  • Experience synthesizing quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear, practical guidance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences and contexts.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Background in Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence practices.
  • Experience supporting customer experience or service improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with experimentation, pilot-based learning, or measurement framing as an activation tool.
