WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Hourly Wage: Minimum: $20.50 - $25.00, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Monitor and operate all Security Control Center systems, including access control, CCTV, IP cameras, DVRs, fire alarms, elevators, paging systems, and emergency communications.
- Manage employee access credentials, issue and track ID cards, control secured doors and parking gates, update records, and generate access reports and video footage as needed.
- Document and respond to incidents such as medical emergencies, alarms, theft, severe weather, system outages, and law enforcement notifications; coordinate emergency response and evacuations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally via radio, phone, email, and reports; dispatch guards, assist employees and visitors, coordinate escorts, traffic control, and event support.
- Serve as backup supervisor and security guard when needed, assist with facility-related tasks, monitor weather threats, and meet physical demands including extended standing, walking, and emergency response activities.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Proficient in Security Guard II and/or III duties, including security procedures, operation of CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, and other electronic security technologies.
- Demonstrates strong decision-making, communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills; able to perform effectively under stress in a team-oriented environment.
- Certified (or able to obtain certification) in CPR, AED, and First Aid; compliant with OSHA standards and safety requirements.
- Physically capable of extended standing/walking and lifting 50+ pounds; able to operate security vehicles, radios, scanners, and fire safety equipment.
- Reliable first responder in a 24/7 operation, maintaining regular attendance, valid driver’s license, and availability for overtime, holidays, and severe weather coverage.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.
