  • Partner with business leaders to apply AI‑driven insights, copilots, and intelligent workflows where they add value.

 Modernization and Platforms

  • Guide modernization efforts, including legacy rationalization, decommissioning, and adoption of cloud‑native, AI‑ready platforms.
  • Ensure architectures support AI and agentic use cases such as retrieval‑augmented generation and intelligent orchestration.
  • Shape platform, API, and event strategies that enable scalable and governable solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and advise on proofs of concept.

 Governance and Consistency

  • Lead and approve Enterprise Architecture Assessments (EAAs), including AI‑enabled solutions.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, security, data governance, privacy, and responsible AI expectations.
  • Drive architectural consistency across domains and contribute artifacts to the enterprise architecture repository.

 Domain Ownership and Insight

  • Maintain visibility into application, technology, data, and integration lifecycles, including AI readiness.
  • Deliver an annual State of the Domain covering architecture health, risks, and investment needs.
  • Advance API, event, and data maturity to support analytics, AI models, and agent‑driven interactions.

Coaching and Practice Leadership

  • Coach and develop architects within your domain.
  • Provide input into objectives and performance discussions.
  • Help evolve enterprise architecture standards and practices as intelligent systems become core capabilities.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise, solution, or domain architecture.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into architectures that include data, analytics, AI, and automation.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders in complex organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of modern architecture patterns, including cloud, APIs, event‑driven systems, data platforms, and AI‑enabled solutions.
  • Experience with architecture governance and design reviews.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as insurance or financial services, incorporating compliance and risk considerations into architecture decisions.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:
