In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to develop and deploy AI‑driven models and analytical solutions focused on detecting fraud, promoting sales growth, and reducing operational costs, with an emphasis on scalable, production‑ready implementations.
We’re looking for a hands‑on data scientist who is comfortable working across SQL, Python, dbt, and Snowflake, and who has experience building AI‑driven models, chatbots, and agent‑based solutions to power conversational analytics and automated decisioning.
What We Offer
- Salary: $100,000–$130,000, plus annual bonus eligibility
- Retirement: 401(k) with 2% company contribution and up to 6% match
- Time Off: Vacation, personal time, and paid holidays
- Work Arrangement: Possible 100% remote

What You’ll Do
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate analytical and operational needs into clear technical and AI system requirements
- Build and support AI‑enabled analytical workflows using Python and SQL
- Extract, transform, and analyze data using Snowflake and dbt
- Design modular, production‑ready AI solutions leveraging AWS services (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda), in partnership with platform and engineering teams
- Apply a full‑stack analytics and AI mindset to ensure smooth data flow from backend data sources through AI logic to user‑facing interfaces
- Develop evaluation metrics and monitoring frameworks to assess accuracy, reliability, performance, and cost of AI and analytical models
- Research, prototype, and refine agentic AI solutions using orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph before scaling them into production workflows
What You’ll Bring (Required)
- Graduate degree in an analytical field (e.g., Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Analytics)
- 1+ years of experience in an analytically driven role
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Working knowledge of dbt for analytics engineering and data transformation
- Hands‑on experience with Snowflake in large‑scale analytical environments
- Experience contributing to or working with AI agents, such as LLM‑based workflows, tool‑calling, or orchestrated prompt pipelines
- Understanding of production‑grade analytics and AI solutions, including reliability, security, and scalability
Preferred
- Familiarity with insurance data, including exposure to claims, policy, or actuarial datasets
- Experience with AWS Bedrock Agents and action group integration
- Familiarity with generative AI patterns such as RAG and enterprise AI deployment pipelines
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver solutions in fast‑moving environments
