WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Design and coordinate effective training programs using adult learning principles, ensuring they meet learning objectives and enhance performance.
- Maintain and update training materials and procedures in collaboration with management, revising as necessary to stay current and effective.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through observations and participant feedback to continuously improve training outcomes.
- Participate in special projects and ensure updated knowledge of company products, training delivery methods, and industry changes.
- Manage quality assurance, provide coaching, and generate reports to support management in assessing performance and training needs.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- One or more years of training, mentoring OR processing experience within a Premium, billing, or insurance operations environment.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a capacity to manage detailed work accurately under tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt trainer communications for business areas, leaders, and new hires to support understanding and partnership.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with experience managing customer relationships in a customer-facing environment.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

- Knowledge of insurance products (e.g., Medicare Supplement, Long-Term Care, Disability Income, Life insurance, and annuities) and familiarity with claims processing and billing procedures.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to utilize and integrate software such as Genesys/GAD, JIRA, Qfiniti, Market On Demand, Peoplesoft, CC Pulse, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Background in management of customer relationships for profitable growth.
- Banking or Financial Acumen: Experience with large account management, premium payments, or high-value transactions, ideally within an insurance or finance setting.
- Billing Expertise: In-depth understanding of premium billing processes, including invoices, payments, adjustments, and reconciliation.
- Thorough knowledge of learning, business processes, and testing methodologies.
- Strong project management, business processes, and analytical skills.
