WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
- Engineer I: $95,000 - $115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
- Engineer II: $115,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
- Engineer III: $130,000 - $145,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
- 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

- Design, build, and support systems across areas such as systems engineering, cloud, data, software, UX, and security
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems, processes, and delivery speed
- Develop, test, and maintain applications, infrastructure, and data pipelines
- Apply best practices in software development, DevOps, and architecture
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability
- Contribute to innovation through experimentation with new technologies
- Mentor team members and support a collaborative engineering culture

- Strong technical expertise in one or more engineering domains (systems, cloud, data, software, UX, or security)
- Experience with modern development practices, frameworks, and tools

- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor others

PREFERRED:
- Experience in systems, cloud, data, software, UX, or security domains
- Strong coding, scripting, or automation skills
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Knowledge of data systems, pipelines, or machine learning concepts
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and Agile environments
- Understanding of security practices and compliance frameworks
- Ability to design, document, and implement scalable technical solutions
