- Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
- Engineer II: $115,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
- Engineer III: $125,000 - $145,000, plus annual bonus opportunity

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Enable AI-assisted engineering workflows: Help evaluate, operationalize, and govern AI capabilities within the CI/CD platform, including GitHub Copilot, Copilot Coding Agent, agent-based development workflows, and related developer enablement patterns.
- Integrate AI into platform standards: Define safe, reusable patterns for incorporating AI-assisted code generation, repository analysis, code review assistance, and documentation workflows into enterprise engineering practices.
- Partner on AI platform adoption: Work with engineering, architecture and security stakeholders to rollout AI and agent capabilities in ways that improve productivity while aligning with enterprise controls and standards.
- Design and Evolve CI/CD: Build and maintain robust, reusable GitHub Actions workflows and templates for enterprise-scale engineering teams; drive standardization and best practices across repositories and organizations.
- Improve developer experience: Partner with product teams to drive adoption of self-service CI/CD patterns, reduce friction, and improve the usability of the enterprise delivery platform.
- Operate the Toolchain: Administer and optimize core DevOps services (GitHub, Artifactory, SonarQube) for availability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- 5+ years in DevOps/software engineering with hands-on CI/CD ownership; strong coding fundamentals (Java, TypeScript, Python, or similar).
- Experience with modern AI-assisted software engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, IDE agent workflows, or similar developer productivity tooling.
- Familiarity with applying AI to engineering use cases such as code generation, repository analysis, dependency cleanup, documentation generation, and pull request assistance.
- Ability to evaluate emerging AI/agent patterns pragmatically, balancing productivity, security, governance, and operational supportability.
- Proven experience in designing and architecting scalable platforms and solutions, with a strong understanding of system design principles, security, and reliability.
- Deep GitHub/GitHub Actions expertise: workflow orchestration, reusable actions, OIDC/secrets, environments, policies, and security best practices.
- Infrastructure as Code: practical experience with Ansible or Terraform; familiarity with cloud/container orchestration and deployment workflows.

PREFERRED:
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming languages (Java, TypeScript, or Python).
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Copilot Coding Agent, agent mode, custom instructions, or related AI developer platform capabilities.
- Experience establishing team standards, guardrails, or enablement content for AI-assisted development workflows.
- Familiarity with integrating AI capabilities into enterprise developer platforms and CI/CD ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with observability: implementing monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions for CI/CD pipelines and platform services.
- Exposure to AI-assisted software engineering and agentic development workflows within enterprise developer platforms or CI/CD ecosystems.
- Cloud-native application experience: building, deploying, or supporting microservices and containerized workloads on platforms like AWS and Kubernetes.
