We’re seeking a Business Systems Analyst I, II, or III (depending on experience) who thrives in a consultative role - someone who enjoys understanding customer needs, improving processes, and leading the successful rollout of new capabilities. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to evaluate capabilities, document requirements, implement solutions, and support adoption across the organization.

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
    • Business Systems Analyst I: $25.50 - $32.00 per hour, plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Business Systems Analyst II: $59,800 - $76,180, plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Business Systems Analyst III:  $68,000 - $87,500, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Act as a consultative partner to business teams. Gather and document requirements, analyze business needs, and recommend solutions that improve workflows and support evolving marketing operations. You’ll help translate business challenges into scalable technology and process improvements.  
  • Lead and support Marketing technology implementations. Partner with system administrators, vendors, and cross-functional teams to implement new capabilities and enhancements. You’ll help coordinate stakeholders, manage test pilots, and support successful rollout and adoption of marketing capabilities.  
  • Enhance and optimize business processes. Evaluate current workflows and identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and strengthen user experience. Support the development of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for new tools or process changes.  
  • Drive training, onboarding, and change management efforts. Develop communication plans, training materials, and onboarding programs to help users adopt new systems and processes. Ensure teams are equipped to use tools effectively to maximize adoption.  
  • Support testing, documentation, and ongoing system performance. Create test plans and scripts, support validation efforts, and help ensure business and technical requirements are met. Maintain documentation and support ongoing system enhancements and continuous improvement efforts.  

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Experience serving in a consultative Business Analyst role. You’re comfortable gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver solutions that align with business goals.  
  • Hands-on experience supporting system implementations. You’ve helped evaluate, pilot, implement, or enhance business tools and understand how to coordinate across teams, vendors, and technical partners.  
  • Strong process improvement and analytical mindset. You can assess workflows, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions backed by data and business needs.  
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You build trust across teams, clearly communicate complex ideas, and develop strong partnerships with our customers. 
  • Experience with onboarding and training programs. You have a proven ability to create and foster effective onboarding and training programs and documentation. 
  • Comfort working in Agile or fast-moving environments. You can manage competing priorities, adapt to change, and maintain focus on delivering outcomes.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience working with marketing technology (martech) platforms such as Adobe Suite, Workfront, Marcom Central, or similar tools.  
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and technology implementation lifecycles.  
  • Exposure to emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, process automation, or digital workflow platforms.  
  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as, LEAN or Six Sigma.
