- Hourly Wage: $20.00 - $21.00, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Control facility access by verifying IDs, logging entries, and using visitor management systems
- Patrol buildings and grounds to monitor for hazards, intrusions, theft, and safety issues
- Conduct safety checks on equipment, secure doors, and report maintenance or security concerns
- Perform mobile patrols, enforce parking rules, respond to alarms, and coordinate with security control
- Provide escort services, assist in emergencies, support visitors, and handle additional operational duties

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Knowledge of security procedures, safety systems, and risk areas for theft, vandalism, and equipment issues
- Ability to operate security tools and equipment, including vehicles, radios, scanners, and fire extinguishers
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Capable of handling emergencies and high-stress situations; must maintain CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications
- Physically able to stand, walk, and lift as needed; valid driver’s license required and availability for 24/7 coverage, including emergencies and overtime
