We are seeking an experienced Information Services Manager (ISM) to lead the transformation of our Individual product Customer and Policy data platforms - from legacy, monolithic operational systems to modern, domain-driven, microservices-based architecture. This role will balance the stability and stewardship of critical existing systems with the delivery of our vision for the Operational Data layer, driving innovation while ensuring continuity and reliability.
Modernizing operational data systems enables real-time decision making, better data quality, and AI‑driven innovation. Our Operational Data Vision starts with transforming legacy Customer and Policy data for Individual products. We are moving from monolithic platforms to a domain‑driven, event‑enabled architecture that improves agility and scalability through a gradual, low‑disruption migration.
