The Marketing QA Analyst ensures marketing materials meet regulatory, brand, product, and quality standards across the organization. This role reviews complex or high-risk marketing content, partners closely with Marketing and Compliance teams, and supports audit readiness. The position also leads process improvements, automation efforts, and mentors team members to strengthen overall marketing quality assurance practices.

  • Estimated Salary: $68,000 - $87,500, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Review & Approve Marketing Materials: Conduct automated and manual reviews of complex and high-risk marketing collateral to ensure compliance with insurance regulations, brand standards, and product accuracy; communicate required revisions and escalate content when necessary.
  • Serve as a Strategic Advisor: Act as a subject matter expert supporting marketing, product, and compliance teams during content development and campaign planning, providing guidance on regulatory requirements while supporting business objectives.
  • Support Campaign Execution & Lifecycle Management: Track approvals, manage asset lifecycles, monitor expiration timelines, and ensure materials are accurate, market-ready, and removed or renewed as needed.
  • Lead Audit & Governance Activities: Maintain documentation and reporting to support internal and external audits; collaborate with partners to ensure approved materials remain accurate, accessible, and properly governed.
  • Drive Process Improvement & Team Development: Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and best practices; mentor team members and support the ongoing development of quality assurance standards.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, compliance, or marketing operations - insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance marketing compliance requirements, including regulatory and brand review standards (e.g., NAIC guidelines, state DOI requirements).
  • Experience using compliance monitoring and workflow tools (e.g., PerformLine, Smarsh, Proofpoint, Hearsay) and digital asset management systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams.
  • Experience reviewing marketing or advertising materials in a regulated industry, preferably within insurance.
  • You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
  • Able to travel occasionally (approximately 5% annually) to attend events and in-person meetings (travel reimbursed).
