Support the Health and Annuity Solutions Marketing Operations team by coordinating and executing small to mid-size marketing projects. You’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life—from managing new asset and rush email requests to helping keep timelines, workflows, and deliverables on track.
 
In this role, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects move efficiently from planning through execution while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail. You’ll help build and maintain dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into project performance and support data-driven decision making.
 
You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute across a variety of marketing operations initiatives, including support for marketing materials management and continuous process improvements. Success in this role requires the ability to balance multiple priorities, communicate effectively across stakeholders, and take increasing ownership of projects while keeping everything organized and on schedule in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: 
    • Project Specialist:  $25.50- $32.00  plus annual bonus opportunity. 
    • Associate Project Manager: $68,000-72,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.  
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Coordinate day-to-day project operations by managing workflows, tracking deliverables, and helping ensure timelines stay on track
  • Support and execute small to mid-size marketing projects, including new asset requests, rush email requests, and other campaign initiatives
  • Partner with team members and business stakeholders to support project intake, prioritization, cross-functional collaboration, and successful execution
  • Serve as a point of contact for project workflows by facilitating stand-ups, communicating updates, capturing follow-ups, and keeping work moving efficiently
  • Build proficiency in project management tools and processes while identifying opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and overall team efficiency, with increasing ownership of larger projects

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Experience using Adobe Workfront or similar workflow/project management tools is required
  • Entry-level project management experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to analyze information and draw insights
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with strong attention to detail
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build stakeholder relationships and collaborate across all levels, supported by solid Microsoft Office skills
  • You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
  • Able to travel occasionally (approximately 5–10% annually) to attend events and in-person meetings (travel reimbursed).

PREFERRED:

  • Experience working within Marketing is preferred
