We’re seeking two high-impact Human Resources (HR) Consultants who operate at a strategic level and are sought out by leaders as a trusted advisors. These are not transactional HR roles—they require someone who can challenge thinking, shape business decisions, and translate strategy into disciplined talent outcomes.

As an HR advisor and partner to senior leaders, you will play a critical role in organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, and leadership enablement. You’ll work across complex, shared services and revenue-driving areas of the business—bringing a point of view, integrating across HR disciplines, and ensuring leaders have the insight and support needed to make high-quality decisions.

This role is best suited for an experienced HR professional who thrives in ambiguity, values influence over authority and is comfortable operating in environments where expectations—and impact—are high.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
    • Associate HR Consultant: $86,000 - $142,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
    • HR Consultant: $99,000 - $168,000, plus annual bonus opportunity

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Advise senior leaders on complex talent and organizational decisions, influencing direction and outcomes across the business
  • Translate business strategy into clear talent priorities, including organization design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness initiatives
  • Diagnose organizational challenges using data, insights, and experience—delivering actionable, enterprise-aligned solutions
  • Lead the execution of HR initiatives that balance business needs, employee experience, and regulatory compliance
  • Integrate across HR functions to ensure leaders receive cohesive, forward-looking solutions—not siloed support

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes in complex, fast-moving environments
  • Broad, applied expertise across core HR disciplines (employee relations, talent management, compensation, workforce planning, and compliance)
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect talent decisions to financial and operational outcomes
  • Advanced analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize data into clear, compelling recommendations
  • Executive presence and strong communication skills, with the confidence to challenge when needed and align stakeholders
  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively and deliver in a high-expectation, high-visibility role
  • You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to travel occasionally (approximately 5–10% annually) to attend events and in-person meetings (travel reimbursed per our T&E policy).
  • Able to work at our office located in Omaha, NE, in a hybrid environment.

PREFERRED:

  • HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, CCP, CBP, or CEBS (or progress toward certification)
