WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Hourly Wage (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications) [multiple levels]:
- Associate HR Specialist: $25.50-32.00, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- HR Specialist: $28.75-37.00 plus annual bonus opportunity.
- 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Provide administrative support for benefits programs including health, retirement, wellness, and fringe benefits; ensure timely and accurate processing of enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee benefit questions and issues, maintaining confidentiality and escalating concerns as needed.
- Collaborate with HR team members and external vendors to resolve complex benefit matters and support broader HR initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases to ensure data integrity.
- Deliver responsive, professional customer service to internal and external partners, aligning work with company goals and contributing to HR projects.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Understanding of employee benefits programs and HR compliance.
- Experience working in a structured business environment where following and enforcing policies, procedures, and guidelines is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and utilizing appropriate systems to perform functions.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work at our office located in Omaha,NE in a hybrid environment.
