WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Supervise and provide day-to-day leadership, direction, coaching, and development to of a team responsible for workplace and corporate real estate projects across the enterprise.

Lead the execution of workplace projects including office renovations, relocations, space planning, workplace design, occupancy initiatives, and workplace environment improvements while ensuring alignment with company objectives and workplace standards.

Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop, recommend, and implement workplace solutions that support business needs, enhance associate experience, and promote innovation, collaboration, and productivity.

Manage team workloads, project priorities, budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery and effective utilization of company resources.

Support workplace strategy initiatives including space utilization planning, workplace standards, flexible work environments, and continuous evaluation of workplace programs, processes, and solutions.

Foster a collaborative and accountable work environment while driving continuous improvement of workplace processes, systems, vendor partnerships, and service delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience leading corporate office workplace, construction, corporate real estate, or related projects, including space acquisition, design, build-out, renovation, and workplace implementation activities.

Leadership experience with demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and support associates while successfully managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.

Strong knowledge of workplace and corporate real estate functions including space planning, occupancy and utilization strategies, workplace design, workplace technologies, furniture solutions, and vendor management.

Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, interpret project, RFP, and contract documentation, participate in vendor selections through RFP processes, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD, Adobe/Bluebeam, and related workplace management technologies, along with the ability to manage budgets and travel up to 15%.
