Apply now Job no: 505189
Work type: Full Time Regular

Join the Workplace Solutions organization and become part of a fast-paced, forward-thinking team.  As an IT Agile Project Manager, you will be driving innovation as you manage the delivery of new solutions and help migrate legacy products for a newly formed team on the Premium & Claims Agile Release Train (ART), supporting the team’s growing Dental, Vision, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) solutions. This role will enable you to support the software development lifecycle by conducting thorough coordination, scheduling, clarification of work, and support to prioritization.  These product lines are experiencing double-digit (>10%) year-over-year growth, and this role will help modernize current systems into new, event-driven, API-based solutions that enhance the digital experience for MoO’s customers and business users.

You’ll work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure the business needs are met while gaining leadership experience. You’ll also build your understanding of departmental processes, the software development life cycle, business acumen, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.  Our culture values teamwork, innovation, and growth. We believe in supporting one another, putting customers first, embracing new ideas, and creating opportunities for associates to learn, lead, and make a meaningful impact.

  • Represents team projects to IT and business partners by presenting summarized views to large groups of stakeholders and responding to questions. Facilitates and represents stakeholders in quarterly planning activities.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in IT including managing project planning, execution and delivery, financial analysis and problem resolution.

PREFERRED:

  • General knowledge of the SDLC in a Java-based environment.
