WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Business Systems Analyst I: $25.50 - $28.00, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Business Systems Analyst II: $58,800 - $68,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Business Systems Analyst III: $68,000 - $80,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Provide day-to-day production support for Dental OR Employee Assistant Program applications, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Work with IS, vendors, and business users to ensure timely resolution of system incidents.
- Documentation: Recurring system issues then identify and implement long-term resolutions.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Track and analyze production support trends: Identifying patterns and areas for improvement to reduce recurring incidents.
- Testing & Implementation: Develop test scenarios and test cases based on business and functional requirements. Participate in system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing.
- Vendor & Operational Management: Track issues, requirements, deliverables, and operational activities. Help establish and improve processes in areas that may be evolving or less mature.
EAP Application Support:
- Serve as a business and application resource for EAP-related systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of EAP products, workflows, and business operations.
- Support EAP application enhancements, system changes, testing, implementations, and production issues.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to investigate and resolve application issues.
- Assist with requirements and operational planning related to EAP services and outsourced capabilities.
Dental & Provider Data Management:
- Support Dental applications and related business processes.
- Perform and support provider data management, including provider updates and maintenance.
- Support fee schedule updates, processing files, production updates, and application maintenance.
- Research and resolve data discrepancies and application issues.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 2-3 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Application Analyst, or similar role, supporting an Employee Assistant Program or Dental Applications.
- Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Along with experience in creating functional requirements and supporting application testing.
- Experience supporting applications in a production environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills and delivering projects in a timely manner.
- Prior experience working with Mutual of Omaha’s Workplace Solutions systems and business processes.
- You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:
- Experience supporting Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
- Experience of dental applications such as Skygen or other dental programs
- Experience with fee schedules, provider files, data updates, file processing, or production support.
- Experience with API's.
- Experience writing business and technical requirements to guide code changes.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), Data Management Book of Knowledge (DMBOK)
