As the DSC Manager, Business Transformation, you'll lead high-visibility initiatives that improve processes, modernize operations, and drive meaningful business outcomes across the Direct Sales Center. Partnering with leaders throughout the organization, you'll identify opportunities for innovation, champion strategic change, and help teams embrace new ways of working.
 
In this role, you'll lead a team focused on continuous improvement and transformation, using data-driven insights and proven methodologies to solve complex business challenges. From shaping enterprise-wide capabilities and coaching leaders to implementing large-scale initiatives, you'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, enhance performance, and deliver results that create long-term value for the business and its customers.   • Estimated Salary: 99,000-138,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead and coach teams through business transformation initiatives focused on process improvement, operational excellence, technology modernization, and innovation to drive measurable business results.
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to build and sustain transformation capabilities, including training programs, communities of practice, enterprise communications, and improvement toolkits.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align transformation efforts, integrate best practices, and ensure successful execution of strategic business initiatives.
  • Consult with business leaders to identify opportunities, define goals and metrics, analyze data, and develop recommendations that improve productivity, efficiency, growth, and overall performance.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team while fostering an engaged, accountable, and inclusive work environment that supports continuous improvement and organizational success.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and business experience).  
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale business transformation, process improvement, change management, and technology implementation initiatives.  
  • Proven expertise in methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking, and Change Leadership, with a track record of delivering measurable business results. 
  • Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies, build stakeholder relationships, and present recommendations to senior leaders. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, develop high-performing teams, manage budgets, and support organizational change. 
  • You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do. 
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico. 
     
  • Able to travel occasionally (approximately 5–10% annually) to attend events and in-person meetings (travel reimbursed, Remote Candidates only) 
  • Able to work at our office located in Omaha, Nebraska in a hybrid environment. (Local Candidates only) 

PREFERRED:

  • Diverse knowledge of financial services including insurance and bank products, the insurance and banking industry, related legislation, and business operation procedures and practices. Deep knowledge within several financial services disciplines with ability to quickly learn, function and deliver within all relevant knowledge areas. 
  • Certified in Agile Scrum or SAFe.  
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
