As a Business Systems Analyst for our Distribution Operations team, you’ll help connect business needs with technology solutions by analyzing processes, requirements, data, and systems. You’ll work with business partners, technical teams, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve problems, support implementations, and improve how we work.
We anticipate hiring at the Business Systems Analyst II level. For candidates with deep compensation subject matter expertise and substantial related experience, level and compensation may be adjusted accordingly to a Business Systems Analyst III.
PLEASE NOTE: In addition to regular Monday-Friday business hours, occasional weekend hours will be an expectation as needed for production incident support and technology deployments.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
- Business Systems Analyst II: $59,800 - $76,180, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Business Systems Analyst III: $68,000 - $87,500, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Gather and analyze business requirements, processes, data, and workflows; develop recommendations and help implement solutions.
- Partner with business and technical teams to support system enhancements, production issues, reporting, and ongoing maintenance.
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Assess the impact of process and system changes and help prioritize needs across teams and business areas.
- Support projects and initiatives by coordinating tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and developing training or communication materials.
- Work with vendors and internal partners to support business needs and maintain effective relationships.
- Apply Agile practices, business analysis techniques, and continuous improvement principles to help achieve business objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, workflow/process analysis, and business systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to understand both business and technical needs and translate between the two.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt in a changing environment.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:
- Experience in the insurance industry or knowledge of insurance products and processes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, or business analysis methodologies.
- Experience with testing, process automation, data analysis, or continuous improvement.
