Our Workplace Solutions team is seeking continuous learners to contribute to our mission of supporting and enhancing the systems that serve our group dental claims insurance applications. You'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gaps between technical teams and the business through strong communication and succinct documentation. 

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications): 
    • Business Systems Analyst II:$57,500 - $68,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.  
    • Business Systems Analyst III:$66,500 - $80,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.  
    • Business Systems Consultant I: $74,000 - $100,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, turning them into actionable solutions that drive company success.
  • Optimize Processes: Use your understanding of business workflows and compliance to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Drive Quality: Develop and execute test plans to ensure our systems are operating at their best, supporting business goals and technical requirements.
  • Strengthen Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring we deliver top-notch results and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Communicate & Educate: Craft engaging communication and training materials that empower our internal teams and clients to thrive.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 3-5 years business systems analysis experience working supporting group dental insurance 
  • Knowledge of dental networks, provider compensation, and the ability to navigate dental claim scenarios 
  • Analytical Mindset: A knack for using data and research to drive business solutions that matter. 
  • Agility and Project Management skills: Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, using your knowledge of Agile methodologies to keep projects on track.  Ability to manage tasks and projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. 
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in modern business tools and methodologies, with a solid understanding of both business and technical processes. 
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and convey complex information clearly. 
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.  
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico. 
 

PREFERRED:

  • Prior experience as a BSA on an ART 
  • Knowledge of insurance products, the insurance industry, related legislation, and business operation procedures and practices. 
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. 
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), Data Management Book of Knowledge (DMBOK)
