Horry-Georgetown Technical College (HGTC) is a two-year community/technical college that offers more than 70 associate degree, diploma, and certificate programs for students who are either seeking quick entry into the workforce or desiring to transfer to a senior institution to pursue a bachelor's degree.

Horry-Georgetown Technical College is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Content Specialist to join our Marketing division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital and content marketing strategies that strengthen HGTC's online presence, engage target audiences, and elevate brand awareness. This position will report directly to the Chief Marketing and Brand Strategy Officer.
$46,655 (Minimum)- $66,488 (Midpoint)
A bachelor's degree and relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications and work experience in marketing or digital media. Knowledge of digital marketing principles, SEO, CMS platforms, and analytics tools; skills in writing, editing, creative thinking, project management, and social media management; abilities in analytical thinking, adaptability, attention to detail, collaboration, and problem-solving; and preferably certifications in Google Analytics, HubSpot Content Marketing, Hootsuite Social Media Marketing, SEO, or general digital marketing. Requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media and content marketing strategy trends and best practices. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
