Night Supervisor
Full Time - $28.871 Monday to Friday, $36.09 Saturday, $43.31 Sunday
Sea World Resort, Main Beach, Gold Coast

About the role:
To audit the daily activity of Front Office guest operations and prepare for the following days guest arrivals. Responsible for the smooth operation, security and monitoring of the Resort over-night and step-up duties as a Night Manager as needed.

Duties:
• Direct Bill Audit, charging VCCs & processing AR charges.
• Audit day arrivals and reconcile all guest accounts departing the following morning
• Responsible for the security and integrity of property and guests whilst on duty, whilst adhering to company policy and legislation
• Assist the Night Manager to oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Preparing Reporting - Pre roll & morning reports, room move audits
• Attending to guests' needs and requirements including check in and check out procedures including telephone enquiries, property walks cleaning duties and room service delivery
• Manage Night Guest Service Agents to ensure completion of checklist & tasks
• Conduct departmental inductions and orientation for new night team members and assist in their ongoing training and development.

Skills and Experience:
• Night Audit & Front Office Supervisory experience preferred
• Advanced First Aid certificate required
• Advanced Resuscitation certificate required
