Management Accountant

The opportunity:
Under the Finance Manager's guidance, prepare and deliver accurate month-end accounts, budgets, forecasts, and full-year reports, while reviewing and improving processes to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Your day to day:
•   Partner with business owners to provide financial guidance, answer financial queries and assist in strategic decision making.
•   Deliver accurate and informative month end accounts and full year accounts.
•   Complete the budget and forecast process within specified timeframes. Continuously monitor performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
•   Working capital management and optimisation of internal processes.
•   Complete balance sheet reconciliations monthly in accordance with the monthly plan.
•   Complete tax reporting requirements as directed.
•   Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal financial policies.
•   Actively look for ways to improve the current processes.
•   Work effectively within a team environment to provide excellent internal service and to promote a positive working environment.

What you’ll bring:
•   Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / Chartered Practicing Accountant (CPA) with at least two years experience in a similar role.
•   Strong Microsoft Office skills is essential.
•   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•   Strong time management, analytical and organizational skills.
•   Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
•   Demonstrated discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality.
•   Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
