About the Role
The Guest Services Team are responsible for processing, responding to and resolving all general customer correspondence and escalated customer service enquiries or complaints in a manner that enhances the Village Cinemas brand.
Our Guest Services Contact Centre operates between 9am-6pm Monday to Saturday with varied operating hours on public holidays. We are located in Jam Factory, South Yarra with easy access to public transport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving Contact Centre targets including conversion rates and handling times
- Selling and promoting our products and services such as ticket sales, vouchers & promotions
- Handling all calls within set Call Quality benchmarks
- Receiving feedback from customers regarding their recent experience
- Assisting with maintenance of customer service records
About You
This role will suit someone who is passionate about providing quality customer service, and is driven by creating a positive customer experience every time. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent attention to detail and have experience using Microsoft Office. You might bring sales experience or customer service experience from a call centre or similar environment.
We're looking for someone who is able to work a flexible roster, be fully available across all days of trade and be committed to working weekly rotational rostered hours.
