About the Role:

In the Guest Experience Manager role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the cinema, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth operations. Reporting to the site senior leadership team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring Guest Experience KPIs and coaching your team on Service Steps to maintain high standards.
  • Managing team member completion of Village Learning training, onboarding, and ongoing development.
  • Resolving customer issues, improving NPS, and maintaining a guest-centric approach in all operations.
  • Supervising venue presentation, ensuring cleanliness, screen quality, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Overseeing compliance with OHS, food safety, and security standards, as well as cash handling, inventory management, and stock recording.

 

About You:

This role is ideal for an experienced Duty Manager or someone with similar leadership experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll succeed in this position if you have:

  • A strong commitment to guest service excellence and operational leadership.
  • Proven skills in team coaching, motivation, and development.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining compliance and safety.
  • Confidence in managing escalated guest interactions and a focus on continuous improvement.
