Waitperson Senior (Higher Duties) - Expression of Interest
$29.09 per hour Part Time, $36.36 per hour Casual Multi Hire

The Opportunity:
In this Senior role, as required, you will assist the Leader to ensure your section of the venue runs efficiently. You will be responsible for managing staff in your section and delivering exceptional guest service standards.

Your day to day:
• Manage your team to ensure they are following the correct processes and procedures and providing top quality service to our guests.
• Apply and monitor food safety procedures and ensure your team display a high standard of cleanliness in the work area.
• Ensure your work environment is well presented at all times, including monitoring staff presentation.
• Operate cash registers, monitor accurate cash handling procedures within your team and conduct end of day cash-up as required.
• Report any issues that may affect venue operations immediately to your Leader/Supervisor.

• Awareness of food safety and OH&S requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol is essential.
