About the role:

In this entry level role, you will gain insight and experience into the duties of reception. You will provide administrative assistance and support to different areas of the business while being the friendly face that greets and assists our visitors.

This casual role offers 20- 25 hours a week.

This role will see you:

• Greet and assist visitors to Village Roadshow Head Office
• Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
• Assist stakeholders with administration tasks
• Assist with Mailroom duties
• Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming environment

About you:

This role is a great opportunity for anyone who would like to upskill their customer service and administration skills while getting to know more about Village Roadshow. You will have strong communications skills with the mindset to help others.

The key skills and competencies we are seeking in the successful candidate include:

• Previous customer service experience is essential
• Experience with administrative tasks or position
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Problem solving agility
