The opportunity:
You will participate in the day-to-day operation of the Guest Services Office at Movie World and Wet ‘n’ Wild Gold Coast by answering guest queries, resolving, and following up complaints and responding to and participating in emergency situations.

Your day to day:
• Previous experience in a similar role, with a professional attitude and exceptional level of customer service essential
• Organised individual with strong administrative skills
• Proven conflict resolution and complaint handling skills
• Ability to use initiative to solve problems quickly and efficiently
• Advanced interpersonal skills both written and verbal
• Team focus with a high level of confidentiality
• Cash handling experience essential
• Must be able to work on any day, including weekends, evening functions and school holidays
• Ability to work across VRTP properties

What you’ll bring:
• Provide First Aid and CPR - essential
• Prior experience in a similar front of house operational role would be an advantage
• To always communicate professionally and effectively with guests
• Demonstrated experience in dealing with guests with injuries
• The ability to navigate around the Accesso system an advantage
