About the role
In this busy role as Executive Assistant at Village Roadshow, you'll be at the heart of the action, supporting our Group Chief Operating Officer and Group Chief Financial Officer, and General Counsel. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth operations from managing complex calendars, coordinating corporate travel to facilitating communication with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing executives’ calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts with internal and external parties
• Facilitating smooth communication between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Working with travel agent to arrange all corporate travel for executives
• Supporting and coordinating meetings
• Assisting with organising corporate functions, presentations, and internal events
• Overseeing expense reports and invoices
• Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations

About you:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who is forward thinking and has a high level of initiative and self-motivation.

The key skills and competencies include:

• Advanced administrative skills with 8+ years of executive assistant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning, time management, and organisational skills
• High standard of ethics and confidentiality
• Keen attention to detail and a focus on quality
• High level of initiative, self-motivation, and flexibility
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP and Concur is a plus
• Minute-taking skills are advantageous
