About the Role: Village Cinemas Jam Factory are on the lookout for Guest Experience Attendants who will play a pivotal role in our business success. This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to create memorable moments and make every visit special for our guests. As a Guest Experience Attendant, you’ll report to the Site Senior Leaders and be the face of Village Cinemas, delivering first-class service in all aspects of the cinema experience, from keeping our cinemas spic and span to recommending the perfect food and drink combo. Your role is to ensure that every guest leaves with a smile, having enjoyed not just a movie, but an unforgettable experience.

About You: We’re looking for great communicators who are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences. If you have a keen eye for detail and love all things hospitality, we want to hear from you! Your background in customer service is important, but your ability to connect with guests and create positive experiences is what will set you apart. We value team players who bring a fun and enthusiastic attitude to work every day.

Availability: We offer a flexible and rotational roster that supports your lifestyle, but with great movies come great responsibilities. We’re seeking team members who can commit to evenings and weekends, with the flexibility to work across public and school holidays as needed.
